Dave Irish ran unopposed in the 2025 election and will retain his seat for the new term beginning on January 1, 2026 and expiring on December 2026.

Mr. Irish was elected Alternate Retiree Trustee in October 2022. Mr. Irish is a retired director of finance with Sacramento County and served on the SCERS Board as ex-officio from 2005- 2010.
