Mr. Aguallo joined the Board in July 2022. His current term expires December 31, 2024.

Robert Aguallo, Jr. has 33 years of public service experience in both state and local government. He has served in executive management positions under two governors and two mayors, including 20 years as an executive in pension fund administration with California Public Employees’ Retirement System and the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System, managing retirement benefit programs, financial systems, and complex investment portfolios.

Mr. Aguallo is a founding member and director of Golden Pacific Bancorp, a Sacramento community bank specializing in small business banking services and SBA loan programs.
