Services
Staff recommends Board authorize the Chief Executive Officer
to increase the temporary staffing services agreement with
SearchPro Staffing from $50,000 to $250,000. Deliberation

Staff to recommend Board authorize Chief Executive Officer to
negotiate and execute agreements with County departments
concerning operational issues related to the implementation of
the new Pension Administration System. Deliberation and
action.
Item 19 - Compensation Study
Staff recommends the Board take the following actions:
(1) Adopt the findings and recommendations of the 2022 Ralph
Anderson & Associates Unrepresented Management Compensation
Survey; (2) Adopt the recommended amendments to the Compensation
Policy; and, (3) Direct the Chief Executive Officer to pursue
approval of the recommended salary adjustments through the
Sacramento County Board of Supervisors.
